- Design printed incorrectly
- Product significantly different from the product image or description

- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Wrong color selected by the customer
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Damage caused by improper washing or care
- Minor color differences caused by screen display settings
- Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or holidays
HOW TO REQUEST HELP
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

- Clear photos of the issue
- A photo of the full item
- A short explanation of the problem
