Response time: We usually reply within 1 business day, Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (PT).

Order status: Most items are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Personalized, specialty, engraved, or peak-season items may take 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Tracking updates: Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the shipping label is created. If you only have your Order # right now, your order may still be in production.

Priority Fast Shipping: Priority Fast Shipping may be available on eligible orders at checkout. Production time may still apply before carrier delivery begins.

Returns, replacements & quality issues: Your order is protected by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or significantly different from the product image or description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
